Dunno what to tell you. Sure the files are larger for the raws, but only by a couple of 100 MBs. And you can always delete both after the raw comes out. We're not in any rush since we've got the episodes translated already in a format for most to view, so we're taking our time.

to be honest, I loved the fact you guys used avi for your encoded file.
it lets me watch it on my HDTV which i cant do with the .ass and raw.
Way too many groups use mkv for just subs and I hate that.

Well, we are going to release the episode subbed sooner or later, (and it's going to be sooner rather than later, so don't worry.)
We just decided that we shouldn't let everybody suffer and make them wait just even get a decent translation, which is why we implemented the script idea a few months ago with DM and GX.
So, don't worry, you guys'll get everything all nice and encoded. It's just a matter of time.
